Quietly effective

Sometimes all you need is silence.

To feel solace within yourself and to get cut off from the screaming, bursting, hustling and bustling world.

It’s not kind of sitting or meditating, it’s like being silent, speaking less, responding less and letting yourself looking at you from close.

I call it – ‘Quietly effective mode’

I often go into it. People don’t understand why, but I need at least once a day of this sort of mode to rethink on my life and priorities.

Why am I sharing this practice with you?

Because it has the magnificent benefit of coming back to yourself when you need it.

Become quietly effective sometimes and enjoy some quiet time with yourself!
