Change is easy

Don’t frown your eyes when you hear about change. Change is easy. You fear change because it seems unknown and may be you feel it needs a lot of effort. But small change doesn’t need a lot of effort. Small change like brushing your teeth everyday before going to sleep, or shaving everyday after getting up, or doing 2 minutes of meditation everyday for sanity are examples of small changes. Try them and you will say the same thing when you see someone else frowning their brows while hearing about change.
